EU DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY FOR PACKAGING

pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2025/40 (PPWR)

1. Manufacturer: FILOTTO SRL – Via Magellano 12, 56010 Vicopisano (PI) – Italy Vat n. IT02337530501

2. Filotto product packaging types:

-          Cardboard boxes of various sizes that can be assembled by interlocking the pieces, without the use of adhesives

-          PET/PVC plastic box covers for the “Magnetico” product only

3. This declaration of conformity is issued under the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.

4. Subject of the declaration: the packaging described above, intended for the marketing of lamps branded FILOTTO.

5. The packaging complies with the applicable requirements of Regulation (EU) 2025/40:

-          Article 5 – absence/limits on hazardous substances (heavy metals, PFAS, SVHCs)

-          Article 6 – design for recycling

-          Article 7 – recycled content (for plastic components)

-          Article 10 – minimisation of weight and volume

-          Article 12 – labelling requirements

7. Supporting technical documentation provided by our suppliers: held at the registered office of Filotto Srl, available to the authorities on request for 10 years from the date of placing on the market.
